Would the humane society put down my cat?

So we're moving and my 13yr male old cat who's been with my mom and I since I was 4 doesn't like my aunt, who we're moving in with. And it isn't just my aunt. He seems to hate everyone except for my mom and myself. He's scratched or attacked my friends, my boyfriend, my grandma and grandpa, most guests we have over, etc. He also pees everywhere. I think it's a territorial thing with my other male cat who is perfectly nice but yea. We can't rehome like through craigslist or anything(and trust me, I wouldn't let him go to a bad home) because of his issue with other people so it seems like the only other option is the animal shelter. I know that they put down animals with behavioral issues and I just wanted to know if that was considered one because if they did do tests on him and everything and they did end up having to put him down, we'd like to have our vet do it and have him cremated. I know it's silly but hey, some people are more attached to their animals than others. Thanks for any answers :)
