Can a cop in a California see if I have done anything illegal as a minor, if my record has been sealed?

I had been pulled over for a "warant" on my car from a towing/ violation ticket that had been paid off. I had the receipt for both incidents and was released. But while this was happening the cop brought up 2 things that I had done as a minor so I said "I dont know."
