Are anti corruption / black money movements undemocratic pressure groups dictating terms to govt?

These people (Anna, Ramdeo etc.) will never become elected leaders. So they have no idea about governance. Do you think these politicians would have chosen politics as their profession if they are not allowed to loot the nation. And now, a handful of guys are coming up to turn off this gravy tap.Is it unfair on part of these politicians to fight back. I mean would you not do the same if your livelihood was threatened.
