Since blood parrots are hybrids of non-aggresive/aggresive(or both) cichlids, how do you make them peaceful?

I have heard that blood parrots are hybrids of midas, convict, severum cichlids and parrot fish, whereby convict and severum cichlids are territorial and aggresive. So, there is a chance where a blood parrot picked is aggresive while the other is not right? Is there a way to control their aggresiveness or make them peaceful fish? Does keeping the same of their kind or crowding them together help? Thanks.
