Will my wife violate?

My wife got a ticket the 10th of this month and had court yesterday even though she hasn't been proven guilty will she still violate her probation before proven guilty. This will also be her first violation an she hasn't yet saw her PO yet. Will they wait to violate her until she goes to her next court day or what... Also she is on probation in a different county then what she got the ticket for. An do they send you to jail on your first violation or give you a second chance.
