8 weeks pregnant living in filth?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my house is very dirty. We have very territorial dogs and they pee and poop all over everything. Plus our house is old and moldy in some places. Even if we clean it still doesnt get the pee and filth out if the carpet and other places. Is this a bad enviornment for me to be in ? Will it harm the development of my baby ? Im very worried.
