Top Secret Security Clearance for Air Force?

I'm going in as a 1N0, Intel Ops, and I am going to need a Top Secret Security Clearance. My question is do "infractions", an offense punishable only by a fine, which in this case was a Class 2 petty offense in Colorado, show up on the extensive background check? Class 2 petty offense is almost equal to a traffic violation, below the level of a misdemeanor. I'd appreciate straight answers from any knowledgable people, thank you.
