Violation Of Probation Charge! Whats going to happen? Read details please...?

My Brother....He's had a warrant out for a year now that he just not to long ago found out about for Violation Of Probation. He had got arrested last year for tress-passing and let out the same day. The warrant is out because he didn't do any of his probation that he was suppose to do when he first got released from jail last year. So he's basically had a warrant out for Violation Of Probation. BUT he turned himself in 2 days ago on his own and he had his first appearance today in court but the judge sent him off to sit in jail for 2 weeks to wait to see another judge. He's not eligible for bond neither. Is this looking bad..whats likely to happen?
