How can I keep my videos from being blocked due to copyright infringement?

ive uploaded 2 lyrics videos to youtube, but they keep getting blocked due to copyright violations. i dont understand this... i give full credit and details to the band and record company and i even list the sources i used to make the video. any ideas on how to stop this? i see people who have no credits or description but their videos arent blocked. help??
