Territorial Army query..?

I have recently joined the Territorial army and have learned how to strip and assemble the SA80. I havent been in for some time now and im a bit rusty on the correct order on how to strip and put back together the rifle, would anybody care to tell me step by step guide? I know all the names and components of the rifle by the way. Thanks :)
